BiLegal（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報および文書データを一切収集・送信・保存（外部への）しません。
1. データの収集について
本アプリは、利用者に関するいかなる個人情報も収集しません。氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、利用状況、識別子などを取得することはありません。
2. 文書データの取り扱い
利用者が本アプリで読み込むPDF・画像ファイル、および文字認識（OCR）の処理結果は、すべて利用者のMac内でのみ処理されます。これらのデータが外部のサーバーやクラウドに送信されることはありません。
3. ネットワーク通信
本アプリは、ネットワーク接続機能を持ちません。文字認識に用いるモデルはアプリに同梱されており、処理はすべてオフラインで完結します。この制約はmacOSのApp Sandboxによって技術的に保証されています。
4. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、エンジン選択・解像度（DPI）・ウインドウ状態などのアプリ設定を、macOSの標準機能（UserDefaults）を用いて利用者のMac内にのみ保存します。これらは外部に送信されず、他者と共有されることもありません。
5. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、いかなる第三者にもデータを提供しません。広告・解析（アナリティクス）・トラッキングのための第三者コードは一切含まれていません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリはいかなる個人情報も収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新日とともに掲示します。

BiLegal (the “App”) is designed with privacy as its highest priority. The App does not collect, transmit, or store (externally) any personal information or document data belonging to the user.
1. Data Collection
The App collects no personal information whatsoever. It does not obtain names, email addresses, location, usage data, or identifiers.
2. Handling of Document Data
PDFs and image files you open in the App, and all OCR (text recognition) results, are processed entirely and only on your Mac. This data is never sent to any external server or cloud service.
3. Network Communication
The App has no networking capability. The recognition model is bundled within the App, and all processing runs fully offline. This is technically enforced by the macOS App Sandbox.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores its own settings (engine choice, resolution/DPI, window state) only on your Mac using the standard macOS mechanism (UserDefaults). This is never transmitted externally or shared with anyone.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
The App shares no data with any third party. It contains no third-party code for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
6. Children’s Privacy
Because the App collects no personal information at all, it is safe for users of any age.
